I Have Had Work Done On Both Of My Cars And It Was The Best
I took my car to Kings transmission in Seattle after a friend told me that they took good care of his wife. I came in the door and with a smile Kenny asked how he could help me. I told him my problem he said it would take 2 days. He then asked if I needed a ride and gave me a ride to Bellevue to work. Two days later he called me and said it was ready. I got to the shop and a man named Mark had my car ready to go and the bill was under the dollar amount they told me.

When my 98 Toyota Avalons transmission went out in Jan. 2010 I found Kings Transmission on the web and brought it in. Mark was very happy to get it checked immediately. As soon as they found what was wrong he called me with a quote and they began their work on it. The next day my car was purring like a kitten and I was happy that I had found a new place to bring my car when it needs work! Best shop in Seattle
Had my clutch replaced by Kings last summer. They quoted a price and told me they would do the repair in one day. They kept their bid and delivered as promised. I had no problems and all things went smooth.

I own a marketing company in Portland and I do a lot of business in Seattle. It happened that on my last trip to Seattle on Tuesday Nov 24th, two days before Thanksgiving, the transmission on my Lexus let me down. Tried to call the dealer, but they cannot fix it before Thanksgiving. Tried to call a recommended shop close by, but they cannot tow my car or fix my transmission until after the holiday. Then I’ve decided to pick up the local yellowbook and called the first shop King’s Transmission. Now, what happened was “Amazing” because they went above and beyond what I expected. They towed my car, fixed it in one day, got a fair price and 5 years warranty, and I got back to Portland on time to spend Thanksgiving with my family. If you have problems with your transmission give Mark and his crew a call. Thanks guys.

Wow…I am a young father and husband and money is very tight, especially in this economy. The friendly staff at Kings Transmission took very good care of me. No one expects for their transmission to go out, and with little savings when it does it can be quite the nightmare. However; Mark (one of the service managers) took care of me from the second i called, to meeting me at the door when i dragged myself in. He explained in detail everything from beginning to end. They did an extensive transmission diagnostics so that i didn’t have to spend more in the long run. Then he showed me plenty of options that allowed me to find the most cost effective solution.

What a great shop
Had to have my Honda rebuit. I knew I was going to get screwed with my pants on. But NO! This shop kept to its quote, in fact just under. And they kept to their time promise. Less then two days. Not that I want to have another transmission go out but if I did I would go right back to this shop.

Great Service
On December 23, 2009, I took my 1984 F250 Diesel Ford Pick-up in to have the take a look at the transmission, which was not shifting correctly and made the truck run poorly. After a test drive, they gave us an accurate estimate and fixed the problem in an hour. The service was excellent. Mark gave good information about what was fixed and how it worked. They were friendly and professional.
